At BRU EYEWEAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn eyewear in its original packaging. Please ensure all security tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or a seamless exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your eyewear in the original hard case and shipping box, ensuring the microfiber cloth and any certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
